Producer, Performer & Writer: Lee Bidgood
Lee Bidgood is a musician and scholar, performing and researching musical styles ranging from Mennonite communal singing to bluegrass, old time, country, and early music. Lee has performed on mandolin and fiddle with North Carolina bands the Steep Canyon Rangers and Big Fat Gap and studied viola da gamba with Brent Wissick. In the Czech Republic he has toured and recorded with Roll's Boys and performed with other bands including G-Runs and Roses and Reliéf.
Director, Producer & Editor: Shara K. Lange
Shara Lange is a filmmaker, Assistant Professor and Radio/TV/Film Program Head at East Tennessee State University. Her documentary about North African immigrant women in southern France, The Way North, premiered at the Arab Film Festval in San Francisco in 2008. She was awarded a Fulbright to make the documentary, The Dressmakers, about clothesmakers in Morocco.
Audio Engineer: Martin Walters
Martin Walters is a top industry professional, studio musician, recording engineer and producer. He has worked with artists such as Spyro Gyra, Dave Koz, Patti Labelle, Grover Washington Jr., Richard Elliot, Philip Bailey of Earth Wind and Fire, Sly Stone, Tina Marie, Kirk Whalum, Melissa Etheridge, Emmylou Harris, Sarah McLachlan, Stanley Turrentine, Najee and many others. A multiple Grammy and Emmy nominee, Martin has produced audio for radio, television and film for large markets around the world.

In his fine art, Jon is continually exploring themes of memory and locale—often through an amalgam of traditional and digital, of static and motion graphics, and of visual and verbal themes. Jon’s art has been exhibited in a number of galleries in his local region—Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia—and as far as New York and Los Angeles. As a faculty member at East Tennessee State University, Jon brings to the classroom over a decade of industry experience in graphic design and advertising in addition to his fine art training.
Color Correction: Patrick Adkins
As founder of Infirmary Pictures, Patrick has created short films, animations, and video art. He has particular interest in advanced post-production practices, visual effects compositing, and motion graphics. Patrick earned his Master's degree in 2012, becoming the first graduate of East Tennessee State University's New Media program. In 2011 and 2012, his work was part of the exhibits that helped ETSU win back-to-back International Digital Media and Arts Association student showcases for demonstrated excellence and innovation in the digital media arts.
